2D Artist

QA Engineer


  • Create and execute test cases with attention to detail based on documentation

  • Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements

  • Perform both functional and non-functional testing and separate the two properly

  • Write clear reproduction steps of bugs

  • Thoroughly investigate and analyze issues to find root causes

  • Communicate issues and escalate if needed by understanding the bigger picture

  • Work with the development team to understand user stories and inform quality decisions

  • Reduce product risks through confirmation and regression testing

  • Create test plans, test cases, and establish the structure and rhythm of testing

  • Perform daily tests to ensure the stability of the build

  • Verify fixes made and cooperate in the production of build/ release notes

  • Support the development team in a deeper investigation of issues reported and of potential fixes

  • Follow priorities given by Tech Lead to ensure current team-wide goals are met

  • Create & update documentation on processes, best practices, and tools

  • Contribute ideas and/or create opportunities to help the team improve the quality of processes

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • QA experience, either software or games

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Passionate & skilled troubleshooter

  • An understanding of the software agile development life cycle and how testing applies

  • A clear understanding of test levels & executions

  • Experience logging defects in issue tracking systems such as Jira

  • Experience working on a live product

  • Experience identifying gaps in test coverage

  • Experience in mobile application testing

Unity Developer


  • Build high-quality interactive products using our Unity 3D and mobile platforms

  • Integrate third-party plugins and APIs

  • Maintain highest levels of development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution, writing clean, modular, and self-sustaining code

  • Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies

  • Review code and provide positive feedback with suggestions on how to improve performance, quality, and delivery within organizational standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years experience with Unity3D engine

  • Minimum 1-year experience developing .Net applications in C#

  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming

  • Experience in delivering mobile games for Android / iOS

  • Availability to work with new APIs and concepts

  • Experience with 3D is a plus

  • Familiarity with client/server integration: REST API, Sockets will be plus

  • Experience working with game assets (meshes, animations, materials, etc)

  • Ability to constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards and development technologies

  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, BitBucket

Game Economy & Monetization Designer

(The position is full-time & part-time and is available also remotely.)


  • Develop the mathematical model and game economics

  • Construct and maintain the balance of in-game mechanics within our mobile games

  • Track and understand the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to develop and optimize game balancing accordingly

  • Analyze data on game mechanics and implement features

  • Design and develop the original concept & construct a level structure

  • Define UI/UX, menus, and controls and develop early prototypes

  • Work closely with development & art departments

  • Research target audience to identify their needs

  • Gather feedback, conduct and analyze multiple A/B tests to facilitate data-driven

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of game design experience

  • Experience in game design/systems and balancing game economies

  • Ability to think logically with a high level of attention to detail

  • Passion for making and playing games

  • An advanced understanding of the mobile games market & monetization strategies and

  • the ability to work with analytics

  • Ability to make a competent deconstruction and create a unique concept based on it.

Will be also plus

  • Understanding of mobile markets

  • Experience in data science or data engineering

  • Fluent in English

Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help design, develop, and optimize our games to improve user experience and revenue by developing meaningful KPIs and metrics for our games

  • Analyzing payment yields and monetization flows, develop recommendations for revenue optimization

  • Analysis of the game balance and complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of players to address strategic and operational business questions

  • Formation of recommendations for product changes, game economy, and future product roadmaps based on the analysis

  • Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate an understanding of player experience

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as an analyst or in an analytical role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience writing SQL queries and working with databases

  • Good understanding of data visualization techniques

  • Knowledge of statistical concepts such as A/B testing, outlier detection, etc

  • Experience using Plotly or a similar library for generating interactive plots

  • Knowledge of Tableau is a plus

  • Fluency in English

  • Passion for the mobile gaming industry and understanding of the ecosystem.
